Services
We provide trade marketing services focused on dealer incentive campaigns, including program design, briefings, scorecards, contests, co-funded promotions, and reward fulfilment coordination. Descriptions on this site are informational. Binding scope, fees, and timelines appear only in a written quotation or engagement letter.
No online checkout
This website does not process payments or host a checkout. Any fees are invoiced under a signed engagement. Listed prices are guides only.
Client responsibilities
You supply accurate dealer lists, volume baselines, brand guidelines, and timely approvals. Delays in inputs may shift delivery dates without changing fees already earned for completed work.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use deliverables created for your campaign. We retain the right to reuse non-confidential methods and frameworks. Pre-existing materials we bring to the engagement remain ours.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep confidential business information shared for the engagement and use it only to perform the services, unless disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Engagement letters already signed are not altered by later website updates.
